Michael Tich

Michael Tich is a sales and marketing professional who has owned and managed firms in manufacturing, executive and sales recruiting and was the CEO of a national franchise organization. Mike has served as Vice President of Development for Webb Mason, an integrated marketing firm in Hunt Valley, MD and Director of Sales for Brothers Services Company. Mike is a graduate of the University of Baltimore and is a founder of INSIGHT ConneX.

Paul Riecks

Paul Riecks brings more than 40 years of business management experience as a peer group pioneer and principal of The Inner Circle Mid-Atlantic for 25 years and prior to that a Senior Vice President of  Equitable Bank, responsible for development and marketing of financial products and three start-up bank subsidiaries. A graduate of Washington College, Riecks holds a B.A. in Political Science and History. Riecks writes a monthly column in Baltimore, Washington and Philadelphia SmartCEO magazines and has been published by The Baltimore Business Journal and penned his book: Running Your Own Company: An Entrepreneur’s Field Manual.

Jodi Hume

Jodi Hume is an INSIGHT facilitator and the founder of The Business of Life, a strategic facilitation and coaching practice. Her clients range from large multi-national organizations, to local and national non-profits, and growing entrepreneurial companies throughout the United States, Europe and Australia.

Jodi also has experience beyond that of just a consultant. She spent more than 15 years on the senior leadership team of GWWO, Inc. Architects while they positioned the firm for national significance and grew by nearly 400%.

She has a degree in Psychology from Loyola University, was trained as a skilled facilitator through Johns Hopkins University, and was trained and certified by The Coaches Training Institute.

Katie Brandt

Brandt is an INSIGHT facilitator and the owner of Altius Consulting. She is an Organizational Development Consultant and a Certified Professional Coach with over two decades of experience helping leaders and teams optimize their performance. Ms. Brandt’s mission is to cultivate great cultures. She utilizes her Dare to Lead™, Energy Leadership Index™, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and EQi-2.0® certifications to raise the awareness of leaders and increase engagement. Brandt has a BS in Psychology from Indiana University and her MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University.

Jim Rafferty

Jim is an INSIGHT facilitator and the owner and Principal of JMRketing, providing marketing and communications leadership for businesses across a wide variety of industries in the Baltimore area and beyond since 2012. Jim’s background includes more than two decades of marketing and sales management experience in the home improvement industry. Jim holds a BS in Communications from Ithaca College and is the author of Leader by Accident: Lessons in Leadership, Loss and Life.

Paul Schiffbauer

Paul is an INSIGHT facilitator and the owner and Principal of Schiffbauer Consulting Group. Growing up around his father’s tavern, Paul developed a passion for small business at an early age. While studying at York College of Pennsylvania, he would go on to start his own business in the home furnishings industry. That company grew from a single online store to a multi-channel retailer in under one year, selling products on industry-leading e-commerce properties including Wayfair and Home Depot. Since 2018, his core mission has been to help service-based businesses achieve digital transformation, through his consultancy.
