Michael Tich
Michael Tich is a sales and marketing professional who has owned and managed firms in manufacturing, executive and sales recruiting and was the CEO of a national franchise organization. Mike has served as Vice President of Development for Webb Mason, an integrated marketing firm in Hunt Valley, MD and Director of Sales for Brothers Services Company. Mike is a graduate of the University of Baltimore and is a founder of INSIGHT ConneX.

Jodi Hume
Jodi spent the first 15 years of her career as a hands-on COO of a rapidly growing architecture firm, as they grew from $1 to $10M. Since that time, she’s been a turn-around CEO, and advised hundreds of clients across the globe, including both seasoned and first-time founders of companies ranging from seed stage to +$200M. While Jodi provides on-call decision support to her 1:1 clients, she also facilitates strategic leadership conversations and convenes roundtables for founders and CEOs. Jodi has a degree in Psychology from Loyola University, a Certificate in Facilitation from Johns Hopkins and recently completed the Neuroscience of Business program through MIT. You can also find her at the mic as lead singer of her band, The Wafflers – and if you ask nicely, she might tell you about the time she won first place in a Truck Pull.

Jim Rafferty
Jim is an INSIGHT facilitator and the owner and Principal of JMRketing, providing marketing and communications leadership for businesses across a wide variety of industries in the Baltimore area and beyond since 2012. Jim’s background includes more than two decades of marketing and sales management experience in the home improvement industry. Jim holds a BS in Communications from Ithaca College and is the author of Leader by Accident: Lessons in Leadership, Loss and Life.

Paul Schiffbauer
Paul is an INSIGHT facilitator and the owner and Principal of Schiffbauer Consulting Group. Growing up around his father’s tavern, Paul developed a passion for small business at an early age. While studying at York College of Pennsylvania, he would go on to start his own business in the home furnishings industry. That company grew from a single online store to a multi-channel retailer in under one year, selling products on industry-leading e-commerce properties including Wayfair and Home Depot. Since 2018, his core mission has been to help service-based businesses achieve digital transformation, through his consultancy.
