Michael Tich is a sales and marketing professional who has owned and managed firms in manufacturing, executive and sales recruiting and was the CEO of a national franchise organization. Mike has served as Vice President of Development for Webb Mason, an integrated marketing firm in Hunt Valley, MD and Director of Sales for Brother Services Company. Mike is a graduate of the University of Baltimore and is an Adjunct Professor at Harford Community College.
Paul Riecks brings more than 40 years of business management experience as a peer group pioneer and principal of The Inner Circle MId-Atlantic for 25 years and prior to that a Senior Vice President of Equitable Bank, responsible for development and marketing of financial products and three start-up bank subsidiaries. A graduate of Washington College, Riecks holds a B.A. in Political Science and History. Riecks writes a monthly column in Baltimore, Washington and Philadelphia SmartCEO magazines and has been published by The Baltimore Business Journal and penned his book: Running Your Own Company: An Entrepreneur’s Field Manual.
Eric Miller, an INSIGHT facilitator and Managing Partner of Smart Performance Strategies, brings over 38 years of experience guiding and advising leaders toward improving their company’s performance. Prior to founding his company in 2004, Eric had a 22 year military career, serving in command and senior staff assignments in Europe, Asia and the United States and served as the chief executive for two NPOs. He graduated from the US Army Airborne and Ranger schools and holds a Masters Degree in Education Management from Loyola University of Maryland, is a graduate of the United States Army’s Command and General Staff College.
Ed Snyder is an INSIGHT facilitator and President of Aperture Management – a business management firm providing business consulting, executive coaching, and business funding. Ed works with businesses in the areas of team building, leadership development, organizational development and public speaking. Snyder holds a Masters of Science from Penn State University and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Scranton. Ed is actively involved in the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, Wilmington University, the Delaware Technology Forum, the Brandywine Alliance and Committee of 100.
Jodi Hume is an INSIGHT facilitator and the founder of The Business of Life, a strategic facilitation and coaching practice. Her clients range from large multi-national organizations, to local and national non-profits, and growing entrepreneurial companies throughout the United States, Europe and Australia.
Jodi also has experience beyond that of just a consultant. She spent more than 15 years on the senior leadership team of GWWO, Inc. Architects while they positioned the firm for national significance and grew by nearly 400%.
She has a degree in Psychology from Loyola University, was trained as a skilled facilitator through Johns Hopkins University, and was trained and certified by The Coaches Training Institute.
Warren Quinn is an INSIGHT facilitator and CEO of The Quinn Management Group d/b/a HUMANS AT WORK, helping small businesses in the Baltimore area achieve business results with positive human relationships that support sustainable productivity. Prior to starting his company in 2012, Warren ran a national DC-based non-profit that made Fortune 500 business practices accessible to small, privately-held firms. His early professional career was spent with his family landscape design and build company. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University and his BA in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia.
